Terms of sale

GiveItAFace is a small UK business making vinyl faces for robot vacuums. You can reach us at giveitaface@proton.me.

When you place an order we send you an order reference. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we can’t make something (for example, a size we can’t cut), we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include postage. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a fee. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

Please check name plate text carefully before ordering. We cut exactly what you type. We may refuse text that is offensive or uses someone else’s trademark.

Follow the fit guide and keep stickers off sensors, the camera, the bumper, brushes, vents, buttons and charging contacts. We’re not responsible for problems caused by stickers placed over those parts. Our stickers are not made by or endorsed by any robot vacuum brand.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
