Delivery

Everything is made and posted from the United Kingdom. We post to the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. If your country isn’t in the list at checkout, email giveitaface@proton.me and we’ll see what we can do.

Every order is made just for you. It usually takes five to eight working days to cut and pack, then it goes in the post.

After that, UK delivery usually takes one to three working days, Europe five to ten, and the rest of the world seven to fifteen. These are typical times, not guarantees.

Postage is included in the price you see at checkout. There’s nothing extra to pay us.

Orders going outside the UK may be charged import tax or handling fees by your country. Those are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

If your order hasn’t arrived 20 working days after we post it (30 for outside Europe), email giveitaface@proton.me with your order reference and we’ll chase it, then remake it or refund you.
