Large
Lid 350 mm · Top sensor 90 mm
Fits most round robots with a top sensor. Face pieces sit on the lid around that sensor, never on it.
Usually a front camera or sensor window, often in the bumper. Place mouth pieces around it, not over it.
Where not to stick
Vinyl on the lid is fine. Vinyl on a sensor stops your robot seeing where it is going. Our kits are designed around those spots, and we show you where they are. If a piece does not sit cleanly, do not force it.
01
The round sensor on top (sometimes called the lidar). Covering it stops your robot finding its way.
02
Front camera or sensor window, usually in the bumper. Place the mouth around it, not over it.
03
The bumper needs to move. Do not stick one piece across its edge.
04
Leave the area the side brush sweeps clear. A sticker in its path will lift or snag.
05
Air needs to flow. Do not stick vinyl over a grille.
06
Keep the bin catch and buttons clear so you can still empty the bin and press the buttons.
07
Usually on the underside or rear. If you cannot see them, leave the side that meets the dock clear.
Pick Small, Medium or Large, or type your own sizes. Everything is cut to the lid and top-sensor sizes you choose. Large (350 mm lid, 90 mm sensor) suits most robots. Medium and Small are there for smaller models.

Lid 338 mm · Top sensor 86 mm
Slightly smaller lid. Front camera often lives in the bumper — pieces sit around it so the bumper can still move.
Front camera in the bumper. Leave a clear gap. Do not stick across the bumper edge.
Lid 250 mm · Top sensor 70 mm
Compact round lid. Keep ears and name plates clear of the top sensor. Pieces are scaled down to fit.
