When you order, we collect your name, email address, postal address, and what you ordered (including any sizes and custom text). If you pay by card, the card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.

We use it only to make and post your order, send you order emails, and handle any returns or questions. We don’t send marketing emails, and we never sell your information.

A few companies process information on our behalf: Stripe (card payments), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending order emails), and the postal service that delivers your parcel. Each only gets what it needs for its part.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back; it stays on your device. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

We keep order records for six years because UK tax rules require it. After that we delete them.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we don’t need to keep it. Email giveitaface@proton.me. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
