Returns and refunds

You can cancel an order for standard items (themed face packs, the Face Kit, country flags and faces you design in Build) within 14 days of receiving it. Email giveitaface@proton.me with your order reference, then post the items back unused within 14 days of telling us. Unused means the vinyl is still on its backing sheet and the transfer tape hasn’t been used.

We refund the full amount you paid for the returned items within 14 days of getting them back. You pay the cost of posting them back to us.

Name plates and anything else cut with your own text are made just for you, so they can’t be returned if you change your mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if they arrive faulty or with the wrong text.

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, cut to the wrong size or with the wrong text, email a photo to giveitaface@proton.me within 30 days. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send it back.

Stickers that have been applied can’t be returned, but they peel off cleanly. If one lifts or peels within 30 days of arriving, tell us and we’ll send a replacement.

None of this affects your rights under UK consumer law.
